What healthmemory does
A health memory built from your records
Triangle fetches your records over Carequality and TEFCA and keeps them current, alongside whatever files you upload. Lab results become trends, and medications are listed with pharmacy fills when your records contain them.
One connector for your assistant
A single address, https://app.trianglehealth.com/mcp, works with Claude, ChatGPT, Grok and other assistants that support MCP (Model Context Protocol). You approve access through a secure sign-in.
Read and write, switch by switch
Within what you allow, the assistant can read your records, labs, medications, notes, care team, wearable readings, genetic reports and the summary of your history. With write access it can add notes and records, update your medication list, book or change Triangle visits and set reminders.
Its own chat, if you prefer
If you'd rather keep health out of your everyday assistant, healthmemory has its own chat that answers from your records. Before you rely on its answers, a second check reviews them against the evidence in your records.
What makes healthmemory different
Your history inside your assistant
Without your records, ChatGPT, Claude or Grok has only the health details you've typed or pasted in. Connected to healthmemory, it can answer from your history in any new conversation.
One memory, many assistants
The same history works with Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Cursor and other MCP assistants. Set it up once, then ask from whichever chat you're in.
Records from more than one hospital
Each hospital's portal keeps that hospital's own records. healthmemory asks the national networks for records across many hospitals and clinics, then folds in your uploads.
Access you can take back
Each kind of record has its own Read and Write switch. Disconnect from Triangle's Settings → AI service connections page, and the assistant is cut off at once.

The team behind healthmemory
Behind healthmemory is a Pasadena, California team: Triangle, legally Triangle Health, Inc., and its founding medical advisor is the neuro-oncologist Dr. Santosh Kesari. Arun Verma leads Triangle as CEO; a brain tumor found in 2023 led him, Jonathan Grubb and Justin Balthrop to start the company. The research he did by hand became a service anyone can use, and healthmemory hands that history to the AI assistant you already talk to.

Frequently asked questions
What is healthmemory, and where does it come from?
healthmemory is a memory of your health for your AI assistant: one current history from your records that it can read with your permission. It's a Triangle product, so you sign up at trianglehealth.com.
What does healthmemory cost on top of my assistant?
Triangle charges $9 a month for healthmemory after the 7-day free trial (card required up front), and you may cancel any time. Stop before day 7 and Triangle won't charge you; whatever you pay for your AI assistant stays separate.
Is healthmemory a kind of doctor?
No. Treat healthmemory as Triangle's research and educational support and nothing more. It won't diagnose, treat or prescribe, and neither will the history it hands your assistant, so care decisions stay with your clinicians.
How do I hook healthmemory up to ChatGPT, Claude or Grok?
In the assistant's MCP settings, add https://app.trianglehealth.com/mcp as healthmemory's connector, sign in with your Triangle login and switch on only what it should read. ChatGPT needs Business, Enterprise or Edu, or Pro for read-only, and Grok needs a paid plan; the exact clicks for each are shown at trianglehealth.com/agents.
How safe is my data once healthmemory has it?
While your history waits for your assistant's next question, it stays encrypted at rest and in transit; Triangle, which holds it, is HIPAA compliant. Triangle sells nothing and shares nothing for advertising, and both your profile's viewers and your connected assistants are your call.
Once my assistant reads my records, where does that information go?
Into your conversation with that assistant, where it's handled under that assistant's own privacy policy. Triangle doesn't control that and keeps no log of what the assistant does with it afterwards.
How do I change what my assistant can see?
Disconnect it in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections, then connect again and set the switches differently. Access may also expire if it goes unused for about a month.
Can a family member connect their assistant to my profile?
Anyone you've put on your profile's team can. A manager can connect their own assistant, a viewer can connect a read-only one, and the team is yours to choose.
